Because we rely as much as possible on down-to-earth, sustainably produced food from the immediate vicinity in small family businesses: the best beef from the Siedler farming family from Ramsau, aromatic Alpine honey from the Bettina & Stefan Stockreiter beekeeping in Aich and fresh fish directly from the Aussee fishery to name just a few. This enables us to guarantee you optimal quality and freshness – and of course you can taste it!

Our kitchen team around head chef Michael Zefferer conjures up your culinary delights every day. Start your day at our rich, lovingly prepared breakfast buffet, fill your empty energy tanks with our afternoon coffee and cake in the winter months and look forward to our 3-course pampering half-board in the evening after an eventful day.

Of course, we also cater to the special wishes and needs of our guests, such as allergies, intolerances or special diets. So you are well looked after during your holiday and can concentrate fully on enjoying yourself. Bon Appetit!
